Clos LaChance Winery is pleased to introduce a new dining experience to the Morgan Hill area—Bistro Clos. Bistro Clos will provide guests with a restaurant-style experience within the winery setting. The menu has been developed in tandem with Chef Lou Zulaica and Roy Froom, Director of Hospitality at Clos LaChance and Certified Wine Educator/First Level Sommelier.
“Our Tasting Room Associates are consistently being asked if we have a restaurant available at Clos LaChance,” said Froom. “I am very excited to work with Chef Lou to provide our members and guests with a fine wine and dine experience in this beautiful setting. Wine and food are meant to go together. At Bistro Clos, they can.”
Zalaica (“Chef Lou”) is a graduate of the California Culinary Academy in San Francisco. He has over twenty years of fine dining experience, including Le Saison (San Francisco), CordeValle (San Martin), The Golf Club at Boulder Creek (San Jose) and at his own restaurant Stratta Grill & Café (San Jose).
“I am thrilled to partner with Clos LaChance to bring a truly unique fine dining experience to the South Bay,” said Chef Lou. “The combination of Clos LaChance’s wines, the amazing vineyard views and spectacular location along with perfectly paired menu selections will hopefully appeal to all our local foodies.”
